If I configure call recording for an extensions it will record all the phone call, but I don’t want all phone calls been recorded, how can I choose which phone calls to be recorded?
You can decide which conversation to be recorded during the call, just press feature code *1 then this call can be recorded; we call it one touch recording and is available on our Sidpex IP PBXs.
